I'm in. I did the July challenge and that really helped keep me on track. Hope to do the same for August.
Goals:
Walk 3 miles/day for 6 days.
90 oz. of water/day.
Lose at least 10 lbs & one pants size.
Limit carbs to 20g/day
No pop, coffee, or frankenfoods.
