Hi...I'm a newbie...and I am excited to be a part of this challenge. Here are my goals so far:
1. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week minimum
2. No cheating
3. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day!!
4. Lose weight!!!!
