Aspertame gives me bad headaches as well. It also turns to formaldehyde in the blood stream. At the stores and plant they dump the sodas that have been on the shelf for a year because it turns to formaldehyde in the bottles. If you do a net search on www.google.com you can find out more about this. There have been a lot of people getting formaldehyde poisioning due to drinking and eating a lot of aspertame. A lot of other symptoms go with it as well. |
