I'm a Schwarzbein dabbler I've read the book twice and think it sound. I tried to follow it for about a week, but it was too great a change from my old bad habits. I'm definitely looking on moving toward it for maintenance. Her system of adding carbs back in makes sense to me -- but I have a LONG way to go.
I hope you get a Schwarzbein group going -- I'll love to eavesdrop
