I was having a terrible time too but started back on some of the lc atkins suppliments and vitamins and I have had no cravings!!! It REALLY makes a difference! It took me weeks to realize that I had quit some of them, and that was making it so hard to get through the first days!!!!! I am soooooooo happy to be back in control! Who would of thought it could make such a difference!
