Great idea on the autobigraphy route! I never thought of that before. I just ordered "Gut Feelings" by Carnie Wilson (she had the gastic bypass surgery). I let you know how it is. I also ordered the "Constructive Living" as advised above by jamaicaker, let you know about that one too.
