Not a good day for me. I was sick earlier and totally lacked energy this WO. Tried what I could though.

abs 3 minutes

LEGS

Barbell Squat (60lbs) 3 sets of 12-10-10

Barbell Straight leg Deadlift 80lbs 3 sets of 12-12-12

Seated leg extensions (45lb) 3 sets of 12-10-10

BACK
Dumbbell Bent-over Row (45lb) 2 sets of 6-6

Barbell Shrugs Skipped

BICEPS
Close-Grip Standing Barbell Curl - 40lbs- Did 3 sets of 10-10-8

Concentration curls Skipped

I had planned to do some cardio afterwards but, today..

Off to rest..zzz...zzzz...zzzz...
