Hey, a recommendation on the peanut butter (that is, if they have it in your area, I do know it is here on the west coast):

Adam's It is all natural, no sugar and not made with hydrogenated oils unlike all the major brands (ie Jiff, Skippy). It's really yummy, and they've been selling it in regular grocery stores up here since I was a kid.
