-Seated cable rows: 45x12, 65x10, 75x9
-Seated shrugs (hammer strength): 10x10, 20x12, 30x12 I'll start higher with these next time
-bb bentover rows: 30x10, 40x10, 50x10
-db bicep curls single: 10x8, 20x8, 15x10 struggle with weak wrists
-wrist curls: 3lbx10x2

-no cardio
