I went to weight watcher and actually I really liked the program.
I felt that it was a safe and healthy weight loss program.
The only thing that I didn't like was that you have to pay money for everything, it isn't as terribly expensive as some others but it can still add up. Some of the meeting were very boring and not every educational.
