Same here, I bought a coffee grinder specifically to grind my own flax seeds. I've never had a problem with it being sticky. It is just like grinding almonds. I keep the ground up flax in the freezer. Never had it go bad, and I've kept it for weeks at a time. I believe you know if it goes bad by the smell. Maybe someone know more and correct me if I'm wrong.
