new recipe
i threw this together the other night and think it is ok as far as cards/fat but wanted some other input.
i diced chicken and broiled it in the skillet with butter/water and then drained off and dropped in a tablespoon of peanut butter, let it melt and it was delicious. tasted "fairly" close to the peanut butter chicken at one of the local chinese restaurants. i told some friends at work and they looked a little green but i loved it.
