Started off well this morning.

Did Gin Miller Step Reebok tape with 5lb ankle weights 45 minutes

Did Donna Richardson 4 day rotation workout ---Did the Arms section using 10lb dumbells, and then did the Abs section

Did 20 minutes of obliques and reg. crunches off the ball, using two arm long lever.

Weight Bench

Dead lifts---35lbs +bar 5 sets of 15 reps
Leg Extensions 60lbs 5 sets of 15 reps
Forward lunges using 12lb weights 5 sets of 20 reps
squats using 12lb weights 5 sets of 20

Standing barbell curls 10lbs 5 sets 12,10, 8, 6, 6,reps
Seated " " 10 lbs 3 sets 8,6, 6 reps
Dumbell Concentrion curls 10lbs 15,10,10 reps

Tricep pressdowns 20lbs 25, 12 reps
Skull Crushers 20lbs 10, 6, 6 reps
Dips 3 sets of 8 reps

Lat pulldown 45 lbs 3 sets of 12
Bend over rows 15 lbs 3 sets of 12
lawnmowers 15lbs 2 sets of 15

Incline Dumbell Press 3X10
Dumbell Bench Press 20lbs 3 sets of 8
Incline Dumbell Flies 12lbs 3 sets of 12
Dumbell flies 12lbs 3 sets 12
decline flies 12 lbs 2 sets of 10

Shrugs with exercise band
