It is the little things that add up, as this quote will show. In my Low Carb Living magazine, on page 64 it says,
Quote:
"Recently the NPD Group, a marketing research firm tracked the eating habits of 11,000 people who were cutting carbs as part of a strategy to lose weight. The reuslts of this study...show that virtually none of the 11,000 subjects was cutting carbohydrate intake to a meaningful degree. Instead of the 20 - 50 grams of carbohydrate per day recommended by us in our book Protein Power, or by the Atkins, South Beach, Sugar Busters, and other diets, men were consuming an average of 145 grams per day, while women were eating 109 grams per day."
I think that may happen to some of us at times, eating all the little things that we think don't count.
