You guys are great! This is going to be so much fun and so much better than going it alone. I am 5'8" so I will be reaching the ultimate goal around 150-160 but I am so focussed on 199 I can't even think about that right now. I have been in induction since the 27, only lost 3 lbs, think I need to increase water. I am in ketosis so something will start happening.
