2001 was a biggie for me- The first year of the rest of my life, you could say. It was my first year after treatment for cancer in 2000.

I met a guy over the internet, fell in love and got engaged, we bought a house and have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

It was also the first year I actually fulfilled my new years resolution to get control of my eating and lose weight. I've lost 15 lb and am nearly at goal.

I am so much happier and at peace with myself.

How does it get any better than this?
