While we are blasting 99% of doctors and dietitians out there for mis-information, dis-information and plain bad-information, perhaps acknowledging those who are brave enough to go against the grain and tell the truth would be refreshing. Besides there are still people on this forum that think margarine is healthy. So perhaps those would benefit from this article.
