Makes you wonder about the 2000 calorie minimum daily requirement for calories (for women) found on food labels! I know personally that at 1750 cal and 20-25 g carbs with resistance training 3x a week I can MAINTAIN my weight. No wonder people become overweight if they follow food triangle recommendations!
