Hi Canada F35,

Don't worry. The broth you described can't have very many carbs in it any way you cook it. The vegetables you list are good healthy ones and really are just the type of ones I have used for over 2 years on LC with no probs.

I am no expert on these things but why do you think your broth has loads of carbs? A tinned broth soup always has lots of carbs because they always use flour and maize extracts to bulk out the stock. Homemade soups don't, so sit back and enjoy such healthy and tasty soups.
