Yikes -- that calorie system sounds so low! I'm 5'8" and I exercise (Pilates), and I do get hungry sometimes at 1600 calories. Fitday shows me at nearly a 1000-calorie deficit every day. Is there something about PP that requires the much lower calorie level?
