I made this recently. It was extremely easy to mix up and bake. Honestly, it's very reminisent of pancake batter to me, in consistency and texture (before and after baking). Before I try it again I'll be making some adjustments to the pizza batter.

My ideas I'm thinking of is adding some Splenda and more salt or spices to the mix. The flavor as is was pretty bland, just needs something more. Also, I will try baking it a little longer on the first pre-bake round (before adding your toppings), to try and get a crisper crust.
