I lost another 1.6 which is astonishing becuase TOM is here but I didnt make goal. My goal may seem kind of high(15 pounds in 12 weeks)but it wasn't because I actually started thinking about 4th of july in the early part of the year so that's kind of when I set it. I didn't plan on a platau and a stall but I got them. Hopefully my trend downward will continue for the next ten week challenge. WOW, I'm 173. I think I was about 23 last time I was this size.
