Fruits?
Early on in this thread - (which I have now read the entire thing!!!! whew!) I was seeing a lot of fruits - how much of those are okay? I thought fruits were pretty much a major no-no so I've stayed away from them....
Also - how bad are mushrooms? I love all kinds of them - are some worse than others? Portabellas are my favorites.....a couple of big slices of portabellas sauteed in butter - with a little bit of garlic salt.....nummy!
My grocery list is pretty similar to most I've seen here - though I haven't done a whole lot of the nuts either - again - thought those were pretty bad.....
