thought I'd point out that peanut butter, natural or not, is NOT allowed on Induction.

If you possible can, stay away from anything not on the Induction foods list for the first 2 weeks. As others have said, it's a way to kick bad habits and cravings. Sometimes it's not a craving at all but just a habit (ie snacking while watching TV).

I tried this treat and it was really good :

cream cheese (2 oz), 1-2 tbsp cream (depends on how 'liquid' you want), 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp splenda (or to taste). Tastes just like cream cheese frosting. I just dipped in my spoon and licked off the icing and repeated, as necessary
