Afternoon Workout:
Week 1 Day 4: Ramp it Up! Workout went a bit better than yesterday. I did a little better with the leg lifts but they still kicked my butt! Noticed today that Debbie doesnt do the ab exercises with us. Damn her!!! She needs to feel the pain, like me!
PM Basketball game--
We usually have like 12 people show up and it is awful. Tonight we had 5 and we rocked! I played really well and we finally won a game! (Ok, we've won 3 but the other 2 were b/c the team forfeited).
My knees are REALLY sore this morning so when Debbie and I workout, a whole lot of stuff is going to be modified!!
