Week 1 Day 3-- AM Ramp it Up!
Debbie is kicking my butt!! lol MY butt is stillsore from before. This video is longer and harder than the first one (obviously). I was doing pretty well until she went crazy and tried to get me to do all kinds of leg lifts in a row...she must have been smokin' something! My goal is to be able to do all of them by the end of this tape. We'll see....
Oh, and I better get some killer abs from all the crazy stuff she was making me do in a row! lol
