Week 1 Day 2-- AM Start it up!
My butt and inner thighs are a bit sore today...all those squats in stinkin' plié (plee-ay) stance. I hate it but love it at the same time!
Your arms get quite a workout b/c with all the moves, your arms are doing something and they are up for so long.
Should be interesting tomorrow with weights.
So, Start it Up phase is over and tomorrow it will be on to the Ramp it Up phase!!!
PM Basketball game....we won by forfeit but we stayed around to play so I ran for 27 minutes!
