HEY, life is like that. That was last week. Scarlett O'Hara had it right : tomorrow is another day.
Plan for tomorrow: toss out the carbage food and lay in lots of protein. Decide that tomorrow morning you WILL eat the LC breakfast and lunch. It will be such a relief to be back on the plan that your stress and tension will release and you will be back "on the wagon".
