have you went to BFL and looked at the video's online??that really helped me with my weight training...i was doing mine to fast....i had to slow down and watch my form

wow this has been a hectic christmas...my 18yr old step son came to live with us now the 13 yr old came to stay with us till may....his mom is working in france till then...but the boys are so good......i love them like my own
