There is NOTHING healthy at Macdonald. Everything is swimming in hydrogenated fat, chemicals, preservatives, sugars, MSG.. you name it, it's in there. The only thing that seems intact are the salad greens. But even then, I wouldn't trust them not to add additives to make it fresher longer.
