I've fallen a number of times, mostly stress-related. In the last year and a half, I've lost my brother, my father-in-law, and just recently, my mother. I come from a very small family and I've had to handle each estate. I have finally come to realize that stress will always be there, and it's up to me how to handle it. But I always come back, because it is the only "diet" I've ever been able to live with and feel good on.
