I began the beginning of March and I can say that I've had about three stress related cheats (about one each month over the course of three months) and one or two semi-planned minor cheats.
The stress related cheats were a piece of coconut cream pie with a tall glass of milk, chocolate cake with a tall glass of milk, and a quarter of a can of milk chocolate frosting with, you guessed it, a tall glass of milk.
The semi-planned cheats didn't really have anything to do with stress, but because I craved some pinto beans with cornbread and relish (with turnip greens!) a couple of times. Nothing would do until I went to Cracker Barrel and had some!
