I fall all the time too. But not just a sudden "attack". I usually have planned it...going out, or just been really craving something. Occasionally I have just taken a day or two "off"...just to shake my system up some. It has not caused me to gain anything back as long as I don't do it more than a couple of days....and I have now started losing again after jumping back really strict after doing the "low-fat" thing for about a week thinking I needed "something else" after being stalled for about 3 months. Well, low-fat ISN"T for me anymore...BUT, when I jumped back on Atkins, I started losing again...sooo...I think it was eating a lot of carbs, then restricting carbs that has started me losing again. I'm not recommending it...what works for me may not work for someone else. But when I do "cheat" I don't feel guilty. I do it because I want to, and I enjoy it, then get right back on. I think feeling guilty is a sign of an eating disorder...
