Save as above -- I too have had two planned times when I have eased up on Atkins (like trips home) but even then I didn't eat like I used to. I was able to stay away from sugared drinks, chips, most breads, diet pop, etc. I don't consider those times to be falling off the wagon because I knew that I was going back on and that I would be careful and make carbs count (i.e. no french fries, just Mom's tortillas). I also tried to make sure I never ate carbs alone -- I ate a bit of fat and/or protein too in order to ease the rise in my blood sugar.

This WOE is so easy for me and I feel better on it. That's the only reason I have been able to stick with it despite being stalled for almost a full year.

That said I am in a very fortunate position right now -- I live alone and I control all of the food that makes its way into my home. I know my weakness/trigger foods and keep them out. Just like I don't walk through the bakery in the grocery store or walk past Cinnabon in the mall.
