Ok found two brands of canned coconut milk at Superstore (here in Edmonton) in the ethnic section where I buy coconut oil, both made in Thailand. Bought 2 cans of the cheaper stuff, 84 cents per can. The consistency was thick like cream and once poured into a glass jar and placed in the fridge became very thick like heavy cream. However, I used it in my coffee and loved it. The only time I use dairy is in my coffee so I've finally found something I can use in my coffee. Also in cooking if need be. I don't put milk in my tea so doesn't apply to me. I love the coconut taste, always have. I'm in heaven!
