Hi CS! Thanks for the repsonse. I'm going to try the indian style stretch. I already do the other. I'm not exactly sure what I did when it started hurting. But I'm thinking it may have happened when I was running HIIT. I run in my neighborhood with some hills. I'm thinking that may have caused it. I made a Dr's appt. for next Tues. I'm also going for my shoulder. I think I may have tendonitis there, but my hip. I don't know. Today the pain is on the outside. I think I'm just falling apart. Had a birthday 2 weeks ago and my hip & shoulder hurts, and today at the gym my knee hurt. And every once in awhile my lower back. I've been active my entire life & I think it's catching up w/ me. I'm falling apart. Getting older SUX.
