Thank you .........thank you.........so much for your quick response! You have made me feel so much better about deciding to try one of the Low Carb/Protein diets.

I plan to start right after Christmas! Keep your fingers crossed. I am not a big meat eater.........so this will be a challenge for me!

I will post in when I start and let you know how I do!
