I sure hope my next set of blood work tests will improve.

I wish the Holidays were done and over so I could begin. I just thought it was silly to begin any kind of a diet right here at Christmas!

Come the 1st, however, I am starting on the 2 weeks Atkins induction, then I will see from there where I will go?
