Hi all...
I have a couple of new questions...
First, is there a best time to take my multivitamins? I know that I should be taking one, but haven't started yet. Also, I'd like to take an extra vitamin E; is there a best time to take that?
Next, I seen to have a slight case of constipation. I was wondering if taking something like FiberCon would help. I don't really like to take laxatives, but thought that a daily fiber tablet would be o.k. Any thoughts??
Finally, how can I figure out how much water I should be drinking everyday? Is it by weight? Or, is there a general amount that I should try for?
