it is preferable to eat no meals after 6 pm. if you have to snack prior to bedtime, jello. go 12 hrs. fasting before morning exercise. drink 2 glasses of water. go exercise. eat after workout.
if you eat and workout 90% of the calories burned come from what you ate. if you dont eat before workout. you'll get roughly 40% of the calories from the last meal you ate and stored glycogen, but 60% of cals. from stored bodyfat. military has been doing this for years. 4:30 wake up call, 1 hour of exercise, and stuff, 6 am. breakfast, 12 noon lunch, 5-6 pm dinner. nothing after 6 but water. whats the old saying we do more before 7 am than you do in an entire day. if you have to eat in the morning. wait 3 hrs. after meal. to exercise. make sure you drink water, and take a multivitamin. preferably vitamin b complex around lunchtime.
