between the pms, low carb journal, project journal, and this, i must say this has been quite a surprisingly great day.
J and S have brothers in each of their classes and we have become friends with their family. they are very traditional chinese so have become very protective of me and the girls. you know, always making sure the girls have jackets on, and very worried of us living alone. etc.
well, today they took us to their ice cream store in chinatown and treated us to a treat of all the ice cream we could eat for free!!
i couldn't turn them down. it's so amazing how kind and generous people can be. has my favourite, coffee almond fudge. yes, it was worth it. then the girls and i went to dinner and i had a great lc dinner, and i'm feeling fine. i'm really doing great.
thank you to everyone who sent me birthday wishes, it really warms my heart, and i am really appreciative of your kindness.
