30 + Tae Bo Regular and tried 8 min abs for the 1st time....need to not strain my neck though had headache symptoms that are still reverberating in my temples...will try to isolate and not lift head/neck at all. ( old injury C2-C3 fused vertabrae easily disturbed)
Started off with Glutamine powder, potassium, and water only prior to exercise on empty stomach...thanks Nat! Waited a little too long after to eat but trying for 2 small BF.
Need to think on tomorrows plan...should I test the foot or wait a while?
JUST KEEP MOVING!
