I just posted about my 4 month stall. I had to cut my calories. I upped the fat to 70%+, and kept the calories to an average of 1500 a day. The extra fats kept me from cravings and hunger pains. I lost almost 6 pounds! I love Fitday, shows you really what you're eating. Congrats on the exercise! I know how hard it is for me some days to drag my butt to exercise!
