I think it's official - I'm stalled.
6 weeks on Atkins. The first two weeks, I dropped 12 lbs. The following two weeks, I dropped another 3. Since then,
nothing. At first, everyone here told me that a stall at three weeks is normal. But now, it seems like I
just can't budge! If I lose 1/2 lb, it's right back there the next day (and telling me to weigh only once a week is no good.....there still wouldn't be much/any difference week to week). I'm keeping my carbs low, fat reasonably high, calories low, I walk for 1:15 every second day and golf twice a week. I'm taking OoO.....that's what jump-started the 3 lb loss, but it's done nothing since (though maybe my insides are cleaner).
If you're going to try and console me with an invitation to check my
inch loss, don't bother.....hardly a change at all there, either.
Sorry to vent, but I'm so freaking frustrated this morning, I don't know what to do. I totally thought that by July, I'd be at 70% of my goal.....not going to happen.
