Default Exercise Routine

I don't really do anything special for my arms at all
My main exercise is brisk walking for 45 minutes a day, at least 4 times a week. When the weather is bad, I go inside and do it on a treadmill at a gym. I occasionally do weights, but not consistently.
I am an avid golfer, and when this pic was taken we were on a golf vacation, which means playing about 4 times a week - swinging those clubs might just help tone the arms
Then again, lugging around heavy boxes of books doesn't hurt either, and I have been doing a lot of that lately
Can't think of anything else.
