I am so glad to see some friendly familiar faces, and pretty new ones too... I will warn ya's.. I have had a good week weight loss wise, in fact, it has been a banner week for me.. but know that I have had struggles with stalls, plateaus and the whole nine yards.... last month the scale started and ended with the same numbers, so for me, its a RELIEF to see some lossage!
