Sounds like you have a "hand to mouth" habit. And since you can not smoke at your desk, you eat.
Use something to pretend you are smoking (like a shortened straw), chew gum or use your hand to mouth motion to sip water, over and over again (through a straw).
Be strong for a few days and you should break the habit.
