Thursday-
well this is my plan for tonight's w/o

3 min warm up then weights
arms-row-12lbs-3 reps(7)
pull ups-12lbs the same
biceps-12 lbs same reps

butt and thighs the machines-going for 2 reps-maybe increase some weight

Crunches-I mix them in after I finshed one machine I do a rep of 12

40 mins of stepper


I hope I can get in 40 mins on the stepper-gym is closing a tad early tonight-




Well have to go buy toddler beds since Jace is escaping so won't be going to the gym----maybe I can fit in weights at least
