I had to get my tooth drilled at the dentist today so I am in a little pain, and combined with mostly liquid foods today, am in no shape to lift tonight. Oh well. Maybe tomorrow.
I am looking at HIIT - high impact interval training from what I hear- on my stationary bike instead of my usual 20 minute bike ride (on my non lifting days). The theory is that it drains glycogen more quickly? Any thoughts/suggestions?
