Yep I believe it truly is in our heads....I know for at least the last 10 years the majority of my thought patterns have been on food....Where am I gonna eat next....What am I gonna eat next...hell I would find my self lineing up stuff and places days in advance looking forward to them like a little kid at christmass....pretty dang sad...Breaking the munchies habit is one of the hardest things to do...so dont feel like your alone!!! I have tried some of the LC munchie stuff...like walnuts...High fiber..low Lc...unless you eat a half bag of them...lol...The best way I found to deal with it for me at least...I buy it I try it If i can use it in moderation I keep buying it...If I cant keep it in moderation I just wont buy it anymore...I figure when...not if...I get to my goal weight I can add a few things back in...EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE....Your doing Good Crystal dont give up now!!!Big John
